Oilpaintingsmoon.com offers a vast selection of exquisite oil paintings for sale. For in-stock items ordered online or by phone, shipment occurs within 48 to 72 hours; we will email you the tracking number and shipping method on the day of dispatch. If a painting is temporarily out of stock, it will be hand-painted by the artist—a process taking approximately 8 weeks—and shipped directly to your home or office. If you need the item urgently, you may upgrade your order to "Priority Status" for a small fee; please contact customer service for details.

Orders for framed or unframed paintings destined for the contiguous United States qualify for free standard shipping. However, an oversized item surcharge applies to paintings measuring 40" x 60" or larger (whether framed, gallery-wrapped, or stretched on canvas); these cannot be shipped via FedEx or UPS and must be transported on pallets by a freight carrier. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to international shipping policies.

For international orders, a flat-rate shipping fee applies at checkout for unframed paintings shipped rolled in a tube. For orders containing framed paintings, Oilpaintingsmoon.com covers 50% of the shipping and handling costs; you may request a shipping quote prior to ordering, or our shipping department will email you the exact cost after the order is placed. You will receive a tracking number once the item ships. International orders may incur import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility; as the importer of record, you must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country. We currently do not accept orders from any European Union countries.

We offer expedited shipping options—including overnight or 2-day delivery—for an additional fee; please contact us by phone or email after placing your order to change your shipping method. For framed painting orders, professional framers stretch the canvas onto wooden stretcher bars and mount it in your chosen frame. Heavy-duty hanging hardware is installed, and gallery-quality hooks are provided, so the painting is ready to hang on your wall immediately upon receipt. We pay meticulous attention to detail when packaging and shipping framed oil paintings, utilizing the latest packaging techniques to ensure safe and pristine delivery.
